No. The current product has live account creation and in-app billing. This site now points directly to the product instead of offering the old pre-launch reservation.
Can I use Rentals Ledger before paying?
Yes. Create a free account without entering card details, then upgrade from the product when the Unlimited plan fits your portfolio.
Are external provider fees included?
No. Payment rails, screening, e-sign, messaging, syndication, and other provider-backed services can have separate availability and economics. The subscription price is for Rentals Ledger itself.
Do you file tax returns?
No. Rentals Ledger organizes books and produces tax-preparation reports; you and your tax professional remain responsible for filing decisions.
