Preparation, not filing — no tax or legal advice
Rentals Ledger helps you prepare your books and produces CPA-ready outputs. It does not file returns on your behalf and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing your numbers with a qualified professional before filing.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be of legal age and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Subscription and prior reservations
Current plans and prices are shown in the product at the time of purchase. The prior Founding reservation offer is closed; existing reservation records remain subject to the terms presented when they were purchased. Provider-backed services may involve separate fees disclosed before use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach its security, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
The service integrates third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the providers' own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
