Yes — $9.99/mo, month-to-month, with the same unlimited doors and features as the annual plan.
Founding offer
What is the $9 Founding reservation?
$9 now reserves your spot. It's a separate charge and is not credited toward the $49 — then $49 at launch for your Founding first year, then $99/yr standard after that.
What do Founding Landlords get?
A Founding Landlord badge, a direct line to the founder, a vote on the roadmap, and your $49 launch price locked in.
When can I start using it?
Access opens at general availability. Reserving now holds your Founding price — we'll email you the moment your account is ready.

Do you file my taxes?
No — this is preparation, not filing. We make your books CPA-ready, and you or your accountant file the return.
Which banks are supported?
Automated feeds run through Stripe Financial Connections across thousands of US institutions, and CSV/OFX/XLSX import always works as a fallback.
Can I import from Stessa or QuickBooks?
Yes — bring your history in via their CSV exports, plus unlimited manual entry.
Does it handle multiple LLCs or entities?
Yes. Multi-entity reporting keeps each LLC clean and reportable, then rolls the whole portfolio up in one view.
Can my CPA have access?
Yes — unlimited free read-only seats for your accountant, always.
Is there a mobile app?
The web app works on any device. Native apps are on the roadmap.
